Deepen your own yoga practice by learning the benefit and balance that comes from deep stretch, relaxation, and intentional rest.
Supporting the body with props, adjustments, and specific alignment cues, restorative yoga is a practice that lends itself to all body types in all stages of fitness or injury.

Learning how to mindfully let go of the everyday stresses that plague our minds and bodies can help reduce stress, improve sleep, and release physical tension and tightness. Fulfills 2 hours of Yoga Alliance Continuing Education requirements.

In this two hour workshop we will:

*Explore the use of props within poses to encourage comfort and stretch
*Use hands on adjustments to deepen and align the body while in a pose
*Discuss anatomy cues and common problem areas within each pose
*Practice breathing techniques to help facilitate deep relaxation

Cost- $30 before August 15th, $35 at the door
