Gilbert "Durinho" Burns is an IBJJF Gi and No Gi World Champion. He is also a World Pro Cup Chammpion, Brazilian National Champion along with several other titles. He currently fights in the UFC and has a record of 11-2. He is known for his back takes, arm bars, and guillotines. He was hired as Vitor Belfort's head jiu-jitsu coach, and served as one of the coaches on the first season of The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil. He currently train with the Blackzilians in Florida.

We are excited to bring "Durinho" to lead a camp before the NAGA Worlds. This is open to all students from all affiliations. Mr. Burns will also be available for private lessons. This is a great opportunity to learn from one of the best in the game, even if you are not planning on competing. The schedule will be as follows:

Monday 12/5- 11am Gi, 5:15pm kids, and 7:30pm Gi
Tuesday 12/6- 12pm No Gi, 6:30pm No Gi
Wednesday 12/7 - 11am Gi, 5:15pm kids, 7:30pm Gi
Thursday 12/8 - 12pm No Gi, 6:30pm No Gi
Friday 12/9- 12pm Drills

We will hold a belt promotion for GMCSC/Checkmat Students the following Tuesday, Dec 13th. The kids promotion will start at 4:30pm and the adults at 6:30pm.

Rates (includes unlimited classes and belt promotion):
$100 if you pay by Wednesday, Nov. 23rd
$125 if you pay by Friday, Dec 2nd.
$150 after Dec. 2nd.

Can't come all week? You can pay $50 per class and $75 for the belt promotion.
