the yoga movement says
The intermediate stages of training handstands may indeed feel like the most frustrating, with one day feeling centered and balanced and the next feeling loose and unstable. This session will look at drills to move your practice from 'getting lucky' and holding your handstand 'every once and a while' to being able to tuck, straddle, pike and press into a balanced handstand every time

Prerequisites: ability to hold a handstand against the wall for one minute
Students: 12 maximum
Length: 1.5 hours

Saturday: 3/28 12pm to 1:30pm

$40 for the session or
$75 for Handstands: Consistency, balance and control & Fundamentals of Hand to Hand.
