The event creator says
Please join the artists on Saturday from 12-2 for a meet-and-greet as they unveil never before seen pieces. Preston and Jarrod have been friends for over a decade, but this is the first time, and possibly the only time, that you will ever see their work showcased under the same roof. Everything is for sale, and will be on display for the remainder of the Deep Ellum Arts Festival.

Preston is a visual artist, and the collection he has chosen to show and sell range from one-foot-by-one-foot to five-foot-by-four-foot and some grouped together to create larger-than-life unified pieces using a mixture of spray paint, latex, acrylic, oil and enamel paint and texturized mud. In the past he has shown three separate series, each exploring new mediums and processes.

"Preston uses a unique method to create his artwork. He uses mediums such as fire, spray paint, acrylic, oil and enamel paint and texturized mud to put together stunning pieces." -GenPink

"Pannek, a musician turned artist, was inspired heavily by the abstract impressionist movement and pop art while creating this body of work." - Texas Lifestyle Magazine

"Then he [Pannek] begins to paint with the confidence that he can do something different. " - GuideLive

"Pannek has returned to work in the visual arts with a burst of creative energy. " -THRWD

Jarrod is a self-taught photographer, picking up a camera for the first time almost six years ago exactly. Since that time he has worked for and with commercial brands like Ducati, RedBull, SmartWater, Cadillac, Hilton Worldwide, and many others. In the process, his work has been found, commissioned, and purchased to be used in publications, both digital and in print, all around the world. Not limiting to one look, style, or genre, Fresquez chose images from them all: fashion; editorial; burlesque; landscape; photo-journalism; portraits; body-scapes; candids.

"I always said he was SO special." -Jarrod's mother
