Chef Daniel Pittman has conjured up his culinary magic and will be offering the following special menu items, along with our normal dinner menu February 12-15th.
- Cashew and Cauliflower soup
- Spinach and Endive salad. Sliced Pears, Candied Pecans, Roquefort, Sherry Hibiscus Vinaigrette
- Crispy Pan Seared Texas Quail. Lemon and Herb Orzo, Rapini, Chicken Jus
- Pan Seared Scallops. Vanilla Creamed Corn, Confit Tomatoes, Snow Peas, Bacon
- Pistachio Dusted Braised Lamb Shanks, Beet Risotto, Rainbow Carrots Pickled Grapes, Lamb Jus
For dessert we'll be offering a chocolate pairing flight featuring (the almost too pretty to eat) hand painted selections from Kate Weiser Chocolate at Trinity Groves
