Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden says
Join us to discover the wondrous world of water on Monday, February 13 as we offer our TEKS and NGSS aligned classroom programs for homeschool students! Reserve your student’s spot in our Dallas Arboretum Educator-led classroom learning experience. Programs will be held inside our classrooms at the Visitor Education Pavilion in the Main Garden (Gate 1). After the program, explore all of our Main Garden, included with your reservation. Check in for all classes will be from 9:30-10:45am.

WONDERS OF WATER
preK-2 (4-8 years)
10:00-10:50am or 11:00-11:50am
Explore the wonderful world of water! Students take a journey as a drop of water, investigate properties of water, and discover the different forms of water through interactive, hands-on activities.

H2 OH!
3rd-6th (8-12 years)
10:00-10:50am or 11:00-11:50am
Although water may look like a simple molecule, it has some amazing properties! Students test and investigate surface tension, water’s relationship to cohesion and adhesion and how plants move this essential substance from roots to leaves.
