Stress-Less Yoga™ is my own approach to teaching the quieter Yoga practices of Yin and Restorative Yoga and incorporating a guided relaxation into each and every Yoga class.

I strongly believe that we become the best teachers when we learn to follow our hearts instead of the conventional wisdom. The more “popular” forms of Yoga are all the rage in gyms and studios throughout the country – hot yoga, power yoga, vinyasa, flow yoga – all designed to develop strength and endurance – but not accessible to every-body. Students finding their way to these classes are often disillusioned about Yoga and may never try another class!

What I offer you here is a way to practice that is truly for every-body. It combines the traditional asana and pranayama of Hatha Yoga with the deep tissue stretching of Yin Yoga, the calming, soothing benefits of Restorative Yoga and the relaxing, rejuvenating effects of guided meditation and Yoga Nidra.
