Sarah Hamilton as Elena Popova
Greg Bussell as Luka
Evan Farrior as Gregory Smirnov

THE BEAR takes place on the seventh month anniversary of Elena’s cheating husband’s death. Despite his philandering, and the pleas of her footman Luka to move on, she continues to demonstrate her fidelity. Her mourning is interrupted by Gregory, a neighboring landowner, who has come to collect an outstanding debt that’s due today. When Elena explains that she can’t pay until the day after tomorrow, what begins as a debt collection – builds to a debate – which erupts into a duel (pistols and all) over which gender truly knows what true love truly means. #truly
Hence the vodka.
