It’s back! Dry Dock's A-Town Funk Fest is returning for its second year! This year we invited our friends Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project and Wing Hut for our first Funkalicious Beer & Food Pairing event at the Funk Fest.
In addition to food, music, games, and the 11 funk and sour beers on tap--Dry Dock, Crooked Stave, and the Wing Hut bring you a food & beer pairing event like no other

Guests of this special pairing event will receive 7 different specialty beers from Dry Dock Brewing and Crooked Stave (including an extra special collaboration beer created just for this event) all paired with 5 delicious courses created by Chef Josh Prater and his team of culinary geniuses.

Pairing sessions begin at 1:00, 4:00, and 7:00 P.M.

*Welcome Drink: Dry Dock Sour Apricot "Cocktail"
*Course One: Dry Dock Guanabana with frutti de mare, grilled baguette
*Course Two: Crooked Stave Von Pilsner with Spätzle, summer squash, goat ricotta
*Course Three: Crooked Stave Rose with seared diver scallops, beurre blanc, mizuna salad
*Course Four: Dry Dock & Crooked Stave Collaboration Sour with a “mystery” dish
*Course Five: Dry Dock Breakfast Stout & Crooked Stave Nightmare on Brett duet with Seared hanger steak, braised short ribs, gruyere potatoes dauphine, blistered tomato, asparagus salad
