Burlesque Nouveau

On March 21, 2015, 8pm Burlesque Nouveau, a bi-monthly burlesque experience, premieres at Syntax Physic Opera. Burlesque Nouveau is co-produced by Vivienne VaVoom and performer Deirdre Von Derriere, who will also be hosting and performing. Featuring Cherry PopPopPoppins Mariana Trench Dirty Duvel Siara Gray Ava Chaotica (Press photos at http://viviennevavoom.com/pressphotos.htm) Music from Tickle Mafia http://www.ticklemafia.com/ Derriere gushed, “I'm really excited to have the chance to bring together a group of individually unique performers to put on a Burlesque show that paints way outside the lines. My goal with this show is to showcase burlesque in shades and facets you may have never experienced. Typically, the word burlesque inspires images of showgirls dripping in rhinestones and feathers, but burlesque was born in a satirical vein and that vein happens to be one of my favorite aspects of burlesque.” Tickets are $15 DOS at the door or available for pre-purchase at http://viviennevavoom.com/tickets.htm with a $1 ticket charge.
