Cfs Internship Seminar

Wednesday March 18 12:45-1:30pm Room 129 (in hallway near acting room) Hosted by Justin Jones, CFS Adjunct Faculty, and Jennifer Scott, CFS Advisor & Admissions Specialist Guest Speakers will also be in attendance to share their experience All currently enrolled CFS students who need to complete FVM 287 Internship and/or are interested in earning college credit for working in the film industry are invited to attend this seminar. At this informational seminar, you will learn: - How and where to search for an internship - Criteria for approved internships - How to prepare for an internship - Hear from previous students what their experience was like and get tips for success - How to receive departmental approval and register for FVM 287 - How to complete your internship You do not need to meet the prerequisites to attend the seminar. This is purely for information on how to meet the requirements to be eligible to register in the course as well as how to complete the course. For your reference, the prerequisites for the course include: FVM 105, FVM 117, FVM 136, FVM 150, FVM 160) and (FVM 200 or FVM 220) (grade C or higher) AND departmental approval. Regardless of where you are with regard to these prerequisites, plan to attend the seminar to get all the necessary information so that you may plan ahead!
