One of our most popular and powerful programs for novice-to-intermediate climbers returns!

Tuesdays & Thursdays, May 9th - May 25th, 6:00–7:30a

Movement’s ClimbFit: Level 1 is an ideal course for anyone looking to establish a solid foundation in bouldering and sport climbing. Participants will pick up ideas about how to approach their own training programs from experienced coaches in a challenging, yet supportive, environment. You can look forward to identifying areas for growth, developing fundamental techniques, integrating fitness exercises into your climbing training, and progressing toward your climbing and fitness goals.
You will improve your skills in:

Climbing:
• Strength, endurance and strength-endurance
• Climbing technique drills

Fitness:
• Antagonist muscle training
• Injury prevention

Tuesdays and Thursdays
5/9 - 5/25, from 6:00–7:30a

About the Instructors:
Tyler has been a climbing coach for over nine years and is the head coach of Movement’s youth climbing team, Team Sikbird. Paul is a Group Fitness Instructor here at Movement and also runs our Barbell Strength program. He is a certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
