Colorado Ski And Snowboard Expo says
The 24th annual Colorado Ski & Snowboard Expo opens Friday, Nov. 6 in the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver and runs through Sunday, Nov. 8. Anchored by a super-sized ski sale with discounts from 40-75 percent off, there are also plenty of family-friendly activities for hours of shopping and entertainment fun. Representatives from Colorado’s 25 resorts, and a variety of western U.S and Canadian destinations join the Expo scene to provide information on new amenities along with selling season passes and vacation packages. Other family fun includes Olympian Doug Lewis guiding kids through the ELITEAM Training Center, the Woodward Copper skate park for kids and adults, a Kid’s Slope for novice skiers, Burton’s Riglet Park for little snowboarders, a double-trampoline exhibition, the MBS Mountainboard Zone, and a climbing wall. Admission is $15 for adults or $12 with a discount coupon available in The Denver Post or at any Colorado Ski & Golf location or at www.skisnowexpo.com. Kids 12 and under are free. A mobile app is available in Google Play or Apple stores under SkiSnowExpos.
