Coutelier Nola Pop Up Shop says
Chef-driven cutlery purveyor, Coutelier, will pop-up at the Source this weekend!

Hailing from New Orleans with a curated selection of handforged Japanese, French, and American knives, the pop-up shop will be a not-to-miss retail destination for the professional culinary community and serious home cooks (with a knife fetish) alike.

Coutelier is located in New Orleans and is a partnership between native chefs Jacqueline Blanchard and Brandt Cox. Blanchard is an alumnus of Frasca in Boulder, who spent a year before opening the store in the kitchen at San Francisco’s three-Michelin star restaurant Benu as sous chef. Brandt, whose resume includes David Burke's Townhouse and Borgne, last cooked at Benu’s sister restaurant Monsieur Benjamin. The two chefs met while working in the kitchen at Restaurant August. As a former Colorado resident, Blanchard is excited to bring her shop to the Denver-Boulder area with this special pop-up.

Following the Friday and Saturday pop-ups, Coutelier also will participate in the second installation of the Slow Food Farmers Market at the Source on Sunday, June 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information on special events at the Source, visit
