Join Ms. Katherine and Ms. Monica this summer as we explore the realm of creative expression through yoga, music and art! In this camp we will make our own hula-hoops, malas, and more! We will go on a philosophic journey through time by learning about the Hindu Gods and Goddesses of yogic history! Each day will be a collaboration of unique art projects complimenting the daily yoga practice. We will learn about the 8 limbs of yoga and chant the powerful mantras of Sanskrit! Most importantly we will celebrate yoga, uniqueness, and creativity! You can join us for one or two days, or come all week!
Day 1- Intention Setting, Mala Making, & Spiritual Yoga Practice
Day 2 & 3 – Hula Hoop making, Learning to Hoop with Monica, & Playful Yoga Practice
Day 4- Make Ojo de Dios, 8 Limbs of Yoga, Sanskrit Chants & Yoga Practice
Day 5- Create your own Mandala, Hindu Gods/Goddesses, Yoga Practice, Special Closing**
