The event creator says
Hey Footballers! We are excited to announce that this year the Summit organization will now include a third team, which will be named Summit Blue.

For the past few years, Denver has fielded two very good teams, Summit Black and Summit Orange, at national tournaments and we are looking to build on that success. We feel that the best way to accomplish this is to bring another team under the Summit umbrella. This will help us develop talent, have more effective practices, and be more inclusive.

James Miller and Duran Livar have agreed to be the co-captains for Summit Blue and we will all be working together pick the three best teams possible. This decision was easy because of the success of the DGLFFL. We are blessed with lots of talented football players and just as the MHC ladies represent Denver by playing the best flag football in the country, the Summit teams will do the same and bring some hardware back to Denver.

We know the demand for a third team is there and we hope that you decide to come join us at tryouts in the coming weeks. Please fill out the interest form below if you're ready to play. We are only holding one set of tryouts for the three tournaments this year so it is critical to make at least one tryout if you can. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Peter DeCamillis, Joe Cooper, Jack Johnson, James Miller or Duran Livar. Go Summit!
