Join the GEM community and Tyler Rauert, International Corporate Attorney at Messner Reeves LLP for the GEM Speaker Series.

The focus here will be on how the US and Europe can be complimentary energy partners. This ranges from US energy exports to our interlinked renewables industries to Russia and Middle East policy. The presentation will drill down on what we can expect from the new administration on traditional energy, renewables, trade and Russia.

Building on his experience facilitating investments, transactions, and resolving disputes around the world, Tyler Rauert counsels corporations that do business in the US and overseas. His practice focuses on entity formation and funding, cross-border investment, international business transactions, and international arbitration, particularly in the renewable energy industry.
After nearly a decade in the Washington, DC national security community focused on Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Tyler also advises U.S. and international clients on U.S. federal laws and regulations governing international business such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the Export Administration Regulations, and the Foreign Asset Controls Regulations.
Tyler is also actively involved in building Colorado's identity as an international business, culture, and education hub. Tyler serves on the Board of Directors of Denver Sister Cities International and co-chairs the international transactions component of the Colorado Bar Association's business law section. He also serves as a Director of the World Trade Center Denver and chairs that organization's trade policy committee.
