Junior Museum Summer Daycamp says
Come discover Colorado through excursions and explorations that bring stories to life. Campers will travel back in time to learn Colorado’s most fascinating stories. Get exclusive access to our exhibit design workshop and and artifact storage.

In addition to exploring camper favorites like Destination Colorado and Living West, this summer we'll connect to a new exhibit created in collaboration with the Denver Art Museum called Backstory: Western American Art in Context. Your camper will get in touch with their inner artist as they explore the stories and the beauty of the West.

Campers will:

Explore Denver through fun field trips.
Discover the past with hands-on activities.
Bridge art and history themes through creative art projects.
Handle artifacts not available to the public.
Investigate Colorado’s people and places in the research library.
Designed for students entering grades 2–5
