Join Lowepro Storyteller Joseph Roybal for a fun photowalk where we will focus on capturing architectural form and light in Colorado’s capital.

We will meet at the Denver Art Museum and work on lines and intimate forms after a short introduction to architectural photography and things to consider as well as street style photography and how . We will be photographing several locations in the area including the State Capital Building. If time permits we will make our way to one of my favorite locations to capture the city skyline at dusk. Afterward I invite you all to join me for a quick bite and final thoughts/review of the evening highlights and take-aways for the group to consider moving forward in your craft. That location will be TBD evening of based on time we wrap up, most likely about 9:30.

We will be walking a fair distance, about 2 - 3 miles, please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water/snacks if you wish, water for sure.

Camera Gear: DSLR or equivalent; wide angle lens (16mm full-frame or equivalent for cropped sensor), 50mm and telephoto if available (70-200/300mm), shutter release, spare memory cards/batteries, tripod. If you don’t have any of these, don’t worry! We will be having a fun time and exploring the city meeting new photographers. It’s going to be a super fun time!
