Learn energy management skills and easy meditation techniques in this experiential, interactive series. You’ll access the core of reality and experience ~ energy, and learn to create your life from the inside-out by changing your energy!

The process presented is often called “Active” because you aren’t asked to go blank, repeat a mantra, or count breaths. Instead, the techniques re-direct your busy mind toward your inner landscape of reality and your power as a spiritual being. A natural quiet and calm ensues. Your attention and intention are free to create optimal health, happiness, and prosperity.

The Meditation For Living skills stand alone as a life-time meditation practice. And, they serve as the foundation for opening to your clairvoyance; your clear vision and power to choose your experience (clear vision without the trap of prediction).

You’ll leave this series with a skill set to manage your life, a renewed sense of self, and refreshing enthusiasm for your journey.

This workshop is appropriate for all levels of practitioner.

Please wear comfortable clothing. The process can be done sitting on the floor OR in a chair. If you wish to practice in a chair, please bring a folding chair with you.

If registration is completed and paid in full before 10/10/15, the cost is $175.00 per person. Registration cost increases to $190.00 per person if paid the day of at the door. Cost includes all 4 class sessions, the downloadable, at-home audio version of the program, and written materials. Pre-registration is highly recommended. Minimum of 10 attendees required for the program to run.
