Nace Denver says
Serve This, Not That!

Meeting planners spend more than $54 billion a year on food and beverage at corporate meetings and events held in the United States. But, gone are the days of planning a banquet menu that you only have to ask if their guests want, “Chicken, fish or beef?”

Gluten-free, allergy-friendly, macrobiotic and sustainable are all on the plate. But how do you provide Food For All guests while not blowing your mind, your budget or your business?

This interactive session is designed to get NACE Denver members thinking deliciously, creatively, and critically, about their catered events and meetings. More importantly, it encourages them to put themselves in the place of their attendees, servers and clients, and to consider their point of view in all aspects of the catered experience.

Guided through a brainstorm process centering on designing the worst possible catered experience across all aspects of a typical meeting or event, participants create a list of things that could go wrong. Then they evaluate ways it could be done differently to prevent each item.

Food For All arms NACE Denver members with savvy tricks and better knowledge on how to feed their participants healthy, safe and deliciously, no matter the request.

Essential Learning Components:

• Grasp Similarities & Differences in the Dietary Needs
