**From Data to Tada! by Kristie Wirth
Do you love playing with numbers or does the mere act of opening Excel send you into cold sweats? Regardless of your current relationship with data, Kristie will walk you through some simple tips to boost your data literacy, take a more critical look at numbers, and otherwise give you some serious nerd cred. Kristie is a Data Analyst at a local university and a self-proclaimed data nerd. She spends a lot of time cleaning up messy data, writing fancy calculations, and finding creative ways to use numbers to answer questions like, "How do we get more students to graduate?" In her free time, Kristie enjoys playing nerdy board games, cooking delicious food, and using spreadsheets to calculate things like which dog food has the best nutrition for the lowest price.

**The Fix: Changing Addiction Treatment by John Nonemacher
In his presentation, John Nonemacher will explore the past models for addiction treatment and where we are today with initiatives like the War on Drugs, 12 step programs, and plain old political hot air. John will share some of the promising theories that can help the field in the future and some of the biggest challenges facing substance abuse, how we as a society talk about it, and what can be done to change the dialog we have around addiction. John was an addictions counselor and therapist for eight years, working mostly with adolescents in residential, out patient, and community settings.

**20 Facts in 20 Minutes: a Wikipedia Journey by Mirelle Pilloud
We've all been down a Wiki-hole when we should be doing something else. Give yourself permission to enjoy the weird, hilarious, and wonderful world of Wikipedia with Mireille Pilloud. When she isn't helping people in customer support for TED conferences, Mireille is riding bikes, drinking beer, or learning. The great-grandchild and grandchild of educators, she considers herself a lifelong learner.
