One Keg Weds Frontman Ipa V2 says
Wednesday just got a lot more exciting! Each Wednesday at 11:00 am we will tap a keg of one-off beer. We are talking pilot series batches at their finest. Don't miss out, don't be late!

Often times, we incorporate ingredients into our beer that might be more familiar to a high end kitchen than a brewery. These culinary-inspired beers are often one-off beers, just to try them out, and to see and taste what the results will be. These beers are not geared to become large batches, rather they are a snapshot of a moment to be shared and enjoyed with an open mind. Beer purists need not apply. Adventurous palates welcomed!

The thirty third One Keg Wednesday, on Weds, July 6th, features Frontman IPA V2 - our newest IPA recipe and one we have big ambitions for. This batch was dry-hopped with the same hop varieties (Simcoe & Mosaic) but done a touch cooler and we allowed the beer to sit on those hops for less time than V1. The resuts are a brighter fruit character, and less of the pungent grassy note we had in the prior batch. Brewing exemplary beer means being tedious with our process, learning from each batch, and applying what we've learned to the next. It's all part of our relentlous pursuit of perfection. We're glad you're on this ride with us!

This beer taps at 11 am and V1 will be on tap as well, so you can sit and ponder the intricacies of the brewing process, the subtle differences in the two beers, or the vastness that is the Universe - whatever you find worth pondering!
