Mudra Yoga Studio says
This session begins with creative inquiry into the meaning of meditation as well as the dynamics of a changing season. By opening to and experiencing the many refreshing qualities of Spring, within the chakra energy centers, we become radiant with renewal and a greater sense of aliveness. We will learn about and explore those spinning vortices of subtle energy known as our 7 primary chakras. We will mindfully share sitting awareness, group discussion, yogic breathwork and stretchy postural flows as preparation for an all-empowering 30-minute guided meditation. Participants are encouraged to cultivate and/or customize a personal meditation practice while tapping into a pure wellspring of collective vital energy that is sure to leave us feeling beautifully alive from the inside-out.

Students should dress in layers for comfort and bring a journal and pen.

This workshop is open to all levels of experience.

Early bird pricing of $35 per person if registered and paid by 3/26. $40 per person after 3/26. A minimum of 6 attendees is needed for this workshop to run.
