Lisa Natoli is back in Denver for a long while! She is going to be gracing Miraas with two successive series courses. The second, Opus, is a lead exploratory lab. The course meets once a week for two hours, for five weeks.

Course Description:
Creating sketches and sequences to generate ideas. In this class we will look at how skills and theories such as points of contact, weight shifts, falling, lofting, and facings can transfer between vertical apparatuses. We will examine wraps and gain awareness how they are holding us up and leading us into sequences.

We will also be seeing how skills and theories translation between vertical apparatuses. This will be an exploratory lab.

Prerequisites:
-Clean hipkeys
-Clean inversions - straight arm, straight leg
-Comfortable in Catcher's and S-Wraps

Cost: $225
Class Capacity: 8 people

Attendance:
This class is two hours long, meeting on Thursdays starting the 4th of February until the 3rd of March at 6:30pm. If you miss a class, you will be given a free Open Gym as a make up session.
