Since the late 1990s, Kim Eng has been developing “Presence Through Movement” by synthesizing gentle stretching, t'ai chi, and yoga with her original intuitive practices for transcending compulsive thoughts and coming home to our bodies.

This three-hour workshop is suitable for all experience levels and body types. Please wear clothing suitable for yoga and bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
