Blending the art of music and gastronomy, owner/sommelier Scott Mattson, and the Nocturne culinary team curate an ever-changing tasting menu that seeks to represent the aesthetics of iconic recordings and artists through flavor, texture, and emotion. For their 11th menu, they have selected the hardest working man in show business, The Godfather of Soul: Mr. James Brown.
Representing the funk-soul legacy of James Brown will be a collection of fine Colorado musicians known as LET THE BEAT SPEAK: Paige Sundusky (Vocals), Mark Donovan (Organ), Dan Schwindt (Guitar), Greg Wahl (Tenor Sax), Terrel Martin (Drums).
