Rock Ministry Books Release Party At Mutiny says
What makes Rock Minister Alan R. Graham's books about Jim Morrison and the Beatles stand out from the pack? Graham grew up in the bitter end of Liverpool, where dire necessity impelled him to the hijacking of unminded food carts as a child. He knew all the Beatles as teenage Quarrymen before marrying Jim Morrison's sister and moving to L.A. with her just in time for the Doors' mega-stardom. Later he worked as a bodyguard for Sylvester Stallone and a "fixer" for Larry Flynt when Flynt was running for president. Graham has just published collector's editions of his two autobiographical volumes so far, Before the Beatles were Famous, and I Remember Jim Morrison Too, along with a selection of verse entitled Poet Rain. Mutiny Information Cafe is hosting Graham's editor and Denver Rock Ministry agent, author Zack Kopp, on the evening of November 26th for a presentation of selected readings from these volumes, and you can pick up copies of your own. This event will also feature an open reading or a musical intro, commentary by Kopp on the author-editor relationship, and possibly a call in appearance by Graham himself. These details are forthcoming, and this page will be updated accordingly. The event will be filmed and broadcast globally. http://rentparty.blogspot.com/2016/06/morrisons-brother-in-law-from-cavern.html
