Beginners CrossFit
CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that combines weightlifting with gymnastics and monostructural movements such as: running, rowing, and swimming. At Phoenix multisport (PM), we coach CrossFit in an environment that is both supportive and stigma free for people in recovery or those interested in living a sober lifestyle. All PM coaches have extensive experience in coaching their discipline and have completed the highest standard of training offered by CrossFit headquarters. In CrossFit Level One at PM, athletes are introduced to safe and effective warm-up techniques that directly transfer to the skill being taught that day. All levels of fitness are welcome to attend level one. It is an in-depth look at the basic foundations of CrossFit. In building a solid foundation safely and effectively, Level One CrossFit at Phoenix Multisport sets participants up to take their fitness to the next level! The class structure is as follows.

CrossFit Level 1
Warm up and Stretch 20 min
Skill Development 30 min
Workout 20 min
Cool down 5 min
