Eight-Week Program
Fridays, from March 31 – May 19
4:30–6:30p, each time

Teens, ages 13–18, co-ed

Get into climbing. Meet new friends. Explore new heights.
Interested in gaining climbing skills while hanging out with others your age? Teens Rock is Movement’s premier program for those between 13–18 years old to build confidence in gym safety and learn tips and techniques to grow as a new climber. You’ll get to explore opportunities to be more deeply involved in our long-term teams and grow in multiple ways through hands-on practice. By the time Teens Rock is over, there’s a great chance you’ll fall in love with an activity that becomes a major part of your life and bond with others who feel the same way.

Through intentional lessons, exciting games, and on-the-wall experience, teens will cultivate:

Climbing Safety and Skills:
• Beginner climbing techniques
• Bouldering spotting techniques
• Figure-8 knots and belaying
• General gym safety

Personal Growth:
• Self-confidence, inside & outside the facility
• Friendship through shared interests
• Motivation to keep improving
• Teamwork and trust

Only eight spots available.
Must pay in full to reserve a spot.

Receive 10% off for additional siblings (Teens Rock or Kids Rock) after first child signs up for either. Participants also receive a day pass and free gear rental during classes.

Meant for Kids Who:
Are very new to climbing or have little to no experience.
