Denver Museum of Nature & Science says
This program is part of an annual series presented in partnership with Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory.

Stretching 250,000 square miles across North America, the sagebrush steppe is home to a surprising diversity of life, including songbirds, mule deer, and the powerful golden eagle.

Produced over three years by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology, the new film, The Sagebrush Sea, examines life in sagebrush country through the eyes of the charismatic greater sage-grouse and the human impact on this vital landscape.

Marc Dantzker of the Cornell Lab of Ornithology will share clips, images, and stories about the film and sagebrush conservation.

Don't miss the other programs in the series, Welcome to Subirdia on October 7 and Awe Inspiring Avian Conservation on October 28.
