Prepare yourselves for the most unique culinary event of the summer. Rebel Restaurant is pairing with TRVE, Denver’s favorite metal brewery, for a one day only summer kickoff party they’re calling…..“The Slaughter”.

Three whole animals (a pig, a goat and a lamb) will be slow-roasted, smoked and then consumed (preferably in that order), in a pop-up biergarten where TRVE brewing will be freely pouring some old favorites and brand new summer sours…and if beer is not your thing Cocktologist Extraordinaire Jason Randall will be making his famous homemade wine coolers.

Rebel Restaurant is known for its mischievous vibe and adventurous menu and this event will be no different. Featuring whole, slow cooked animals and accompanied by playful takes on barbeque classic sides (think gaunciale and chive wrapped fingerling potato salad), this is a must go event for anyone who loves food and great beer.

Nostalgic punk and metal records will be spun on the patio, where you won’t be able to help yourself from singing along at the top of your lungs to the songs that you grew up listening to and your parents called a bunch of noise.
