Pirate Gallery and DATELINE are pleased to present TOUCHY-FEELY a satellite show exploring all things tactile featuring artists from Dateline and Pirate Gallery. TOUCHY-FEELEY is a marvelous way of exploring what it means to touch and to be touched through various media such as sculpture, photography, drawing, and painting. Each artist represents their own thoughts on the subject of touch and what it means to them. This includes but not limited to touch through emotion, feeling and relationship and to be nearer to something or someone, to explore a new space, to shake hands with new people and have a different floor below our feet. Touch between humans is an exchange, and this show is an opportunity to put our art in the middle of that exchange.

DATELINE is a contemporary art gallery located in the River North (RiNo) art district in Denver, Colorado. Founded by resident curators Jeromie Lawrence Dorrance and artist Adam Milner in 2014. DATELINE's mission is to provide an alternative exhibition space for emerging artists who exercise experimental or marginal approaches to their art-making practices. Featuring exhibitions from national and international artists alongside a rotating roster of guest curators, DATELINE is, at its heart, a project space for artists and stimulating node in the mid-western US market.
