A stool is one of the most useful objects around the house. Why not make one yourself that is both beautiful and functional. In this two-part workshop, Master Craftswoman, Heather Mullins of Relevant ReUse will walk you through the basics of woodworking and make you feel comfortable with the craft while creating a super cool stool. Through the experience of building a project from start to finish you will learn different techniques for building and finishing including basic joinery, shop safety, and how to use hand and stationary power tools. Materials, guidance, and project plans included.
