Asalh Detroit Soup Event To Support African American History Projects

Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History says
ASALH Detroit presents a potluck at The Wright Museum raising money for projects that celebrate, promote, or recognize Detroit's African American history! Your donation of $5 for soup, salad, and a vote helps the winning project go home with all money raised from the evening. Doors open at 4 pm; program begins at 4:30; dinner by 5 pm; winner announced by 6 pm!

Raise money for your African American history project! Here's how - proposals should include:
• Contact information, project name & description
• How does this project celebrate, promote, or recognize Detroit's African American history?
• How will you use SOUP funding to carry out your project?
• What is the time frame for your project and how can you share its progress/completion at future ASALH SOUP events?
