Black Bottom Brew Club says
Brewers, artists, musicians, DJs, poets, farmers, activists, revo/evolutionaries, come and enjoy the day with us as we brew up some more community beer! All are welcome! Live art, music and spoken word performances are welcome. There will be an open mic through the day. Food is potluck. Beer is BYOB. We'll have a few kegs on tap for tasting but you are always welcome to bring your own home brew or other craft beer.

If you'd like to brew with an all-grain beer with us, please submit your recipe ASAP. We will be supplying complementary grain and Michigan hops for a 5 gallon batch to anyone who wants to brew. If you've never done an all-grain and would like to get into it, this is your opportunity to give it a shot. We'll be on hand to help and answer questions. All you have to do is bring your own equipment and fuel and submit your recipe by April 25th.

This is a FREE event. Donations are welcome.

About National Homebrew Day:

In 1988, May 7 was announced before Congress as National Homebrew Day. The American Homebrewers Association (AHA) created AHA Big Brew as an annual event to celebrate National Homebrew Day around the world. AHA Big Brew is held each year on the first Saturday in May.
