The event creator says
Our 3rd Book and Bike ride will take place on Sunday, May 21, 2017.

Meet at Preservation Detroit's Mackenzie House at 0945 for a 10:00 AM start. We'll be riding to the West Village and Indian Village neighborhoods where we will view, and stock as needed, some of the Little Free Libraries. Our good friend Kim Kozlowski, our area's LFL representative, will join us and provide overviews of the LFL program.

It's not mandatory, but we encourage you to bring some nice books, primarily those intended for children, to place as needed in the Little Free Libraries.

Our good friend and neighbor Sue Hudnut will also accompany us as she takes us to her plot of greenery and conservation on Seyburn Street.

Distance: Approximately 32 kilometers. (20 Miles)
Pace: Relaxed touring pace. You must be able to ride steadily at atleast 10 MPH.

Helmets: Yes, please.
NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC OR WHISTLES. (It's just not that kind of ride!)

Cost: Free.

Car Parking: Free street parking may be available in the area. For fee parking lots also in the immediate area.

We will not have any SAG support, so please make sure your bike is in good repair and ready to ride before arriving.

See you Sunday!
