Intro to Yoga is a four week workshop designed for everyone regardless of age, shape, or ability who is ready to embark on the journey to a healthier, more positive life. This course is designed for people with NO yoga experience and is great for students returning to their mat after a long absence.

We will be working within an alignment-based philosophy to safely practice the basic yoga poses, as well as developing a deeper connection to our breath to cultivate a mindfulness and calm that you will carry off your mat and into the world.

Eastside Yoga studio is a supportive, inclusive community that has introduced Yoga to hundreds of people who are now enjoying stronger, more flexible bodies, calm minds and a better outlook on life.
