Featuring:
Welcoming Beer - Witch’s Hat Brewing Co. – Three Kord Kolsch – 5% - Kolsch

First Course - Arbor Brewing Co. – Euchre Pilsner – 5.7% - German Style Pilsner
Paired with spinach salad topped with dried cranberries, toasted pumpkin seeds, and goat cheese. Dressed with Apple Butter Vinaigrette.

Second Course - Frankenmuth Brewing Co. – The Hef – 5.2% - Hefeweizen
Paired with - Spätzle and spicy Bratwurst with a tomato and
roasted red pepper ragu.

Third Course - Bells Brewing Co. – Octoberfest Beer – 5.5% - Märzen
Paired with - Beef Rouladen – “Pounded beef, rolled around ground pork, pickles, caramelized onions, and Dijon mustard” served with garlic whipped potatoes and roasted root vegetables.

Dessert - Atwater Brewery – Voodoo Vator – 8.5% - Dopplebock
Paired with house-made Apple Strudel topped with a salted brown sugar caramel sauce.
