On Monday and Tuesday, June 15 and 16, please call Bank of America at 706-386-5687 and demand that the eviction of the Olson family be stopped. Also, demand the Bank of America modify the mortgage and return the home to the Olsons.

HELP PROTECT ANOTHER FAMILY FROM BANK OF AMERICA

MERRILL LYNCH AND BANK OF AMERICA

Shelly Olson entered into a mortgage contract on November 10, 2005, with Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation for property located at 21027 Parkwoods Dr., South Lyon, MI 48178. The mortgage included an interest only adjustable rate rider. Ms. Olson, a divorced single mother, began having difficulty making payments due to the decrease of work in the construct industry and a debilitating illness of her minor daughter with a rare cancer. Ms. Olson sought a loan modification with Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation and PHH Mortgage Services Corporation, the servicer of the loan. Ms. Olson forwarded the first loan modification package to Defendant in June 2008. Ms. Olson submitted numerous modification packages over the years, only to be told the bank lost the modification packages and to reapply.

Ms. Olson had paid over $87,000 in escrow to the 52-1 District Court in Novi, MI. Now Merrill Lynch wants to evict Ms. Olson and her family and not even give Ms. Olson a dime back from the escrow. This family did everything right but Bank of America has again put profits before people.
