As part of our Mind, Body, Spirit Class offering we practice Tai Chi the 1st & 2nd Satruday every month with Ted as our guide. This martial arts-based practice promotes strength, flexibility and a calm mind.

This class is free and open to the public but we do encourage a Love Offering for our generous instructor who donates his time.
