Trinosophes says
Trinosophes presents a diverse bill with a Detroit homecoming performance by Salim Washington, now of Cape Town, South Africa. A triple threat on sax, flute and oboe, we're sure that Salim has a lot of new things to share with us after his long absence. He'll be joined by other Detroit veterans, including Pamela Wise on piano and Marion Hayden on doublebass.

Lovely Socialite hails from Madison, Wisconsin and plays instrumental art rock reminiscent of the Mothers or Henry Cow. Band bassist Ben Willis has become a staple of Detroit's creative music scene and this is a great chance to hear him in a different context, joined by cello, vibes, trombone, drums and pipa

Doors at 8 pm; music at 9 pm.
