Twilight Of Detroit: Cinema And Conversation With Children Of The Wild says
Join Children of the Wild this Wednesday, 6-9pm, at the Anchor Bar, for a FREE screening of our feature documentary Twilight of the Mississippi, followed by a conversation about Detroit water rights and ways of caring for our collective resources in perpetuity.

Twilight of the Mississippi follows the story of our theatre company, then called Unseen Ghost Brigade, building a raft and traveling down the Missisppi River 1,000 miles from Minneapolis, MN to Caruthersville, MO to explore the survival and richness of communities facing the realities of slow industrial collapse.

The conversation following will be held with Valerie Jean of the People's Water Board and members of MICATS (Michigan Coalition Against Tar Sands) to draw out ways in which people are keeping Detroit sacred, waging love across borders, and engaging with the world water crisis.
