Fancy reading poetry out loud? Or heading to a rainbow stand-up night?

Helsinki’s spring calendar is packed with parties, cultural experiences and relaxed ways for the LGBTQ+ community to spend time together. We’ve gathered a selection of interesting events to suit every taste. Community gatherings are a great way to build professional networks or even find company for a nature trip. If you’re after something more festive, there’s erotic bingo, karaoke and club nights.

There are also several intriguing cultural events on the line-up, such as the Helsinki International Drag Fest, which showcases top-tier drag talent, or the striking Våldets historia at Lilla Teatern. And if you’d rather chat casually about queer literature, that’s an option too.

Pick your favourites from this spring’s events!
