On this night we will sample the charcuterie of Craig Deihl (AMS/Cypress, CHS) Josh Jones, Bryan Butler, Ben Runkle (Salt & Time, ATX) and Andrew Vaserfirer (Revival Market, HOU) then enjoy a 4 course meal featuring their works of edible art.

Lainey Collum will be treating usl with pairings and cocktails made with Bruichladdich Single Malt Whisky
