Los padres de los #43Normalistas secuestrados y desaparecidos se reúnen con artistas locales y miembros de la comunidad para compartirles su lucha y para buscar su apoyo. Únete al clamor por justicia junto a los padres de los estudiantes universitarios que aspiraban a ser maestros rurales. Los estudiantes fueron secuestrados y desaparecidos el pasado 26 de Septiembre, 2014 por la policía en complicidad con el ejercito. Los padres vienen a exponer su historia y el largo camino que han recorrido desde la desaparición forzada de sus hijos, a quienes siguen buscando sin cansarse. Sus hijos simbolizan hoy en México la desaparición de miles de personas, sin que las autoridades hagan nada por encontrarlos, sin que las autoridades castiguen a los autores de sus desapariciones, y sin que las autoridades propongan medidas preventivas para las desapariciones. Los padres, a su vez, simbolizan a una sociedad Mexicana con sed de cambio, de justicia, con derecho a una vida digna. ENGLISH INVITATION: Parents of the #43MissingStudents meet with local artists and community members to share their struggle and seek our support. Join the clamor for justice with parents of these college students that were abducted and disappeared September 26, 2014 by Mexican police in complicity with the military. The parents come to tell us their story and the long journey they have endured since the forced disappearance of their sons, whom they continue to look for without tiredness. Today their sons symbolize the thousands of people that have disappeared in Mexico, without any competent intervention from Mexican authorities, without punishment to the authors of the forced disappearances, and without proposing actions from the government to deter forced disappearances. At the same time, the parents symbolize a Mexican society that wants to quench its thirst in deep change, in justice, in the right to a dignified life.
