Please join us for drinks and conversation at Boheme Cafe & Wine Bar on Thursday, April 6th, when 10% of the proceeds from all drink sales during the 5 - 8PM happy hour will go to support BOX 13 ArtSpace!
So enjoy a drink or two, meet the BOX 13 team, and take in Boheme's bohemian atmosphere! The proceeds from the evening will support the group so don't be shy, raise a glass (or three) while raising funds for BOX 13 ArtSpace.
About BOX 13 ArtSpace:
We will be promoting the celebration of our 9th year of operation with our annual silent auction fundraiser, the Empty BOX!
BOX 13 is an artist-run nonprofit innovative environment for the creation and advancement of experimental contemporary art in Houston. BOX 13 artists create this environment through the offering of affordable work spaces for emerging and established artists. BOX 13 promotes dialogue among artists and the art community on current trends affecting the arts. We take in new residents as studio spaces open up on an ongoing basis. We review new member applications as a group. We evaluate applicants both on their work and on their ability and attitude to participate within the BOX 13 community.

Fresh Arts' Cultured Cocktails at Boheme Cafe & Wine Bar (located at 307 Fairview St. near the corner of Taft St.) has become a popular weekly event that has grown tremendously over the past few years. Participating organizations receive 10% of all drink sales during the 5 - 8PM happy hour.
Cultured Cocktails is a community building fundraiser in celebration of the arts, and since its inception in 2008 it has raised more nearly $100,000 for Houston Area artists and arts organizations. Fresh Arts' Cultured Cocktails program is generously sponsored by Boheme Cafe & Wine Bar.
Fresh Arts is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the sustainability and vibrancy of Houston's arts sector by bolstering the capacity and professional practice of artists and arts organizations and enhancing the public's engagement with the arts.
