Al Ma’amal Gallery

Al Ma’amal is a non-profit organization which strives to promote, instigate, disseminate, and create art. It aims to bring contemporary art to Jerusalem, through a number of residency and educational programs. The gallery believes that art is an expression of cultural dynamics within society, and attempts to house relevant exhibitions in regularly changing galleries. Al Ma’amal takes its name from the Arabic word for “workshop,” and focuses on promoting a Palestinian cultural voice through art.
