GO

While choreographers are always in search of newer, younger talent, Galit Liss has done something incredible. She shifted the focus onto 18 women aged 60-82 to explore the movement of the body in its later years. “GO” narrows in on these women, most of which danced in their youth and have returned to dance in their adult age. Liss creates a beautiful artistic space for women in the later chapters of their lives to express themselves and send out the message that self-realization and development is still very possible and prominent in our older age, despite what society might say. “The world belongs to everyone and not only young people.”
