Time Out says

The International Klezmer Festival brings diverse klezmer melodies to the Israel Museum.

For the second year in a row the galleries of the Israel Museum will be filled with klezmer melodies this August. On the 2nd, the museum will host the International Klezmer Festival, and bring together art and music in a quintessentially Jewish fashion. The lineup includes a combination of traditional klezmer music, as well as pieces which draw on cultural traditions from around the world and are influenced by jazz and rock. Often considered to be the soul music of Jewish culture, these performances will bring a nostalgic tune to contemporary art.
